Should you wish to exchange an item we recommend returning the original order to us for a refund and placing a new order on our site for the replacement item.

All items must be returned without showing signs of wear and tear for us to be able to issue a refund.

We aim to process returns & refunds within 7 working days of the dress(es) being received back.
